Attending a local XSF orientation is essential to better understanding why and how you can become a spiritual father.

Read the Spiritual Fathers Guidebook
Invite 1-2 other spiritual fathers to join you in reading through both practical insights and the process of finding a spiritual son, building a meaningful relationship, and dealing with any obstacles.

Choose a Spiritual Son
Once you have completed the Guidebook, we will send you and your spiritual son a 13-week journal to get started. Your journal includes guidance for how to mentor your spiritual son.
